Plan, assign, and supervise the work of an assigned team engaged in performing ABAP programming, design, testing, and debugging work for SAP modules to meet project needs, priorities, and deadlines. Implement SAP Advanced Business Applications Programming (ABAP) on High Performance Analytic Appliance (HANA). Will work in SAP HANA technical concept and architecture, data modelling using HANA Studio, ABAP Development Tools (ADT), code performance rules and guidelines for SAP HANA, ADBC, Native SQL, ABAP Core data services, data base procedures, text search, ALV on HANA, and HANA Live models consumption. Develop processes and roadmaps that define SAP S/4 HANA custom development strategy in a hybrid landscape using latest SAP BTP development stack. Drive SAP custom development and enhancement strategy including collaboration with the various technology teams like Business, Cloud Integration, Enterprise Architecture, Data Architecture. Work on application components – C/4 HANA, SAP BW/4 HANA, SAP Fiori , SAP TSW. Responsible for business process analysis and redesign and implementation, provide business analysis skills, and process mapping. Work closely with project managers to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget. Provide support to teams working on SAP implementations. Will work in Manchester, CT and/or various unanticipated client sites throughout the U.S. Must be willing to travel and/or relocate.
